Deep Layers Bowl

This stunning bowl was crated with multiple layers of both transparent and opaque glass, fired, cut, then repositioned and refired multiple times. The technique created an intriguing design showing the depth of the glass, and allowing light to reflect through to the surface below. It is approximately 11" in diameter.
